Yup, that’s me

Years ago, when I had to repeat university and had a passive semester, I decided to try youtubing. I started with short videos discussing or reviewing movies or series. Then, I went to do video game reviews, it was around that time that I got a mic and downloaded editing software for the videos. I, to my own surprise, really enjoyed the whole thing. In another life maybe I would decided to dedicate my life to something like this; streaming, youtubing, or just other stuff related to video games and other form of media. That stupid drawing is from that time, when I tried to out my own “avatar” in the videos.

While I do like watching movies and series, video games just hit me different. I BELIEVE that video games can absolutely be works of art. Even as a hobby some people find playing video games distasteful. I wanted to not only put my opinions out there, but show people that video games can be a good a hobby as any other.

But after starting university again, I just had no time to continue. I barely had enough time to play, let alone do the editing and recording of other stuff. So I just stopped. After finishing university, I got the chance to play more often and thought to myself, what other way is there to talk about the things I like but is less time and work consuming?

That’s when I decided to write about things I want to say. Not just about video games, but other forms of media such as movies and series. What I will be writing here are not exactly reviews as they might contain more details than the traditional reviews might and contain spoilers…. probably…. I’m writing this as I’m writing my first review give me a break.
